Even though we’ve just announced the exciting news to all of you, I am already halfway through my pregnancy! My bump is definitely growing and I am having to find clothes, snacks and other items that work for me this time around. If you read my last update, you’ll know that most of my pregnancy wardrobe is in Kelowna and we can’t get to it right now, so I feel like I am almost starting from scratch! Thankfully, I have found some really great products that are making this pregnancy more enjoyable, so I thought I would share my favorites with you!

1. Hanky Panky Underwear
These are my favorite underwear at any time, but especially while pregnant. They have the ability to stretch, but will go back to their original shape and size.

2. True & Co Bra
I have talked about these before, but it is worth mentioning again. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BRA - which I am all for especially when pregnant! They don’t ship to Canada, so if you are in Canada I have heard great things about Knix, but have never tried them.

3. Pregnancy Leggings
These are my favorite! For awhile I can get by with sizing up in my favorite Lululemon leggings, but at some point the seam hits at the wrong spot and I feel like it just digs in under my tummy too much to be comfortable. During my last pregnancy I discovered these leggings from YoMama Maternity and I lived in them for the remainder of my pregnancy.

4. Honest Company Body Butter
I have used this since day one with my first pregnancy and can happily report that I got no stretch marks. I apply it every night. It is a little on the greasy side, so be conscious of what fabrics you put on right after applying.

5. Pajama Shirt
I live for a good pajama shirt during pregnancy. When night time rolls around, my bump usually has grown significantly in size so I try to avoid anything that has to go around my waist. I recently ordered this “home dress” from Amazon and I have been wearing it bed just about every night.

6. Pregnancy Pillow
I don’t like to get too crazy with pregnancy pillows. They are so bulky and big, and I hate having them thrown about the bedroom all the time. I came across this one and ordered it right away. I find all I need is a little bump support and the extra back support is a must for me as well.

7. Gin Gin Chews
I have these on hand with me everywhere I go. Not so much now that I am in my second trimester, but in my first I always felt nauseous and these helped settle my stomach quite a bit.

Favorite Maternity Clothes Stores:

YoMamaMaternity
This one is for my Canadian girls! I love this shop. It carries my favorite maternity brands (Bae the Label, Legoe Heritage, and Ripe maternity) Bae and Legoe are brands out of Australia, so during my first pregnancy I was paying $$$ for shipping. Finding a local store that carries this brand is a huge money saver!

HATCH
A great store if you are wanting to splurge a little. This line is a little on the expensive side, but you can’t deny how beautiful their items are.

ASOS
This site has such cute clothes, great variety, and pricing you can’t beat. Note, if you are shipping to Canada, if you spend a certain amount (around $65 I think) you get free shipping, annnnd they recognize that you might end up having to pay duties so they offer a 15% discount to Canadian shoppers!

PinkBlush Maternity
My favorite part about this site is that they have a variety of items. They have you covered no matter what occasion you’re shopping for. I have ordered a lot from them and have loved a majority of the items. I still have a pair of lounge pants (8) that I got with my first pregnancy that I wear even when I’m not pregnant (Caution, if shopping on Amazon, they look like they have the exact same pair for cheaper, they are not the same, nowhere near the same, do not order Amazons!) I also ordered my maternity shoot dress that I wore while pregnant with Millie from here and so many of you loved it!

I hope this gives you a bit more insight into what I’m really enjoying during this pregnancy and maybe gives the other expecting mamas a few new products to try out! Pregnancy is definitely a whole new ball game and what you like or dislike can change with each one! If you have any questions about products I’ve mentioned or what else I use, definitely leave it in the comments and let me know if you’d like me to do another post like this when I’m farther along! I’m sure there will be more products that get put on my “must have” list.

Much Love,
