Summer 2020 Reading List

summer reading list angela price diversity racism children adult

There is nothing better than sitting down and cracking open a new book, especially in the summer sun! This summer, I have chosen a list of books that both you and your kids can enjoy. With all of the unrest in the world, it’s important to enjoy books, but to also learn from them. That is why my picks include books about diversity, racism and other lessons we all need to learn.

Here is my Summer 2020 Reading List:

WHITE FRAGILITY

THE NEW JIM CROW

STAMPED

FUTURE HOME OF LIVING GOD

If you enjoy any of these books, let me know! I’d love to see more people reading about the issues that matter. I will be curling up with my bump this summer and digging into all of these novels, even reading to the girls before bed! Let me know in the comments below what you will be reading this summer - you can never have a reading list that’s too long!

Much Love,
