THE EDIT #11 / My Favourite Online Workouts To Try

I’m travelling a lot over the next few weeks which makes working out a bit tough. When it’s a busy month like this month, I like to lean on online platforms for their quick options to still get a good session in from the convenience of wherever I am. For the last year, that’s been Pilates Noir for me but I put this list together of other options that give you a bit of everything, with limited equipment necessary, and most of them include a free trial period for you to give any or all of them a go to see what one is right for you!

1/ Pilates Noir (my personal preference while I’m on the go)

2/ Peloton App for Running - I’ve used this here and there in the past and liked it if you’re the running type and want an app to support you through a run

3/ Ode Wellness (this is more about holistic wellness, stretching, nervous systems, and alignment. It’s a program created by an Osteopath. She doesn’t have a free trial to her courses but she has a free 10 day Spring Reset that might still be available here).

4/ Melissa Wood Health (she’s seemingly everyones favourite and for good reason! )
