10-Day Fitness Challenge

We have arrived in mid-January and this is usually the time we tend to fall away from the fitness goals that we made just a few weeks prior. Knowing that this happens to the best of us, I wanted to share my 10-day Fitness Challenge for those of you who may need a little extra motivation to push through the mid-month slump, or for those of you who may be attacking those New Years goals a little bit late. Either way, this challenge is for everyone to enjoy and benefit from!

Maggie Gorges and I created and hosted this fitness challenge for our newsletter subscribers last January and it was a huge success, so we wanted to open it up to everyone this year. We know that so many of you are still struggling with the limitations and not being able to get out much, so challenging yourself at home will not only improve your physical health, but mental health, too. Both are so important!
