At Home Facial & Spa Night

at home spa night facial steps tools and products self care

I figured with a lot of us still stuck at home, or at least hesitant about going somewhere for some pampering, today would be a great day to show you my routine for an at-home facial! I have teamed up with Clinque Skins for todays post. They recently launched an online shop with all my go-to products. I worked with Jenny (if you have been following me for awhile then you know Jenny is my go-to gal at Clinque Skins) to put together this at-home facial routine.

Products from Graphic:

1. Simple Human Makeup Mirror This is hands down the best makeup mirror on the market. A few years ago, I did all my research and tried a bunch of different brands, but there is just no comparing to these mirrors. It is so worth the investment! If you are a Bed Bath and Beyond shopper, you can grab it there and use one of those 20% off coupons on it!

2. Amazon Face Steamer This has been my favorite Amazon find, maybe ever. I suffer from really dry skin and this is life changing. You cannot beat that price!

3. Essential Oil Diffuser This just helps set the mood a little!

4. Corpa Flora Beauté Divine This is one product I have been completely loyal to since I discovered it a few years ago. I will never ever EVER buy another face wash. Again, I suffer from dry skin and this is so sensitive and hydrating on my skin!!

5. Barefoot Dreams Cozy Chic Robe My favorite robe, so cozy!

6. Corpa Flora Hydrating Oil Just another item I can not go without. I use this in replace of face lotion, works so much better!!

7. Extracting Tools Everyone needs these, and you can get them so cheap on Amazon.

Okay now lets get down to the facial. Again, Jenny from Clinque skin put this together along with the product recommendations. Jenny has completely transformed my skin over the last couple years, so whatever she tells me to do - I listen.

  1. Remove Makeup (Corpa Flora Beauté Divine )

  2. To optimize your cleaning use a cleansing gel with exfoliating enzymes (Simply Clean Gel)

  3. Balance skins PH using and Equalizing Toner

  4. Use Micro-Exfoliating Scrub to gently release dead skin cells.

  5. Rinse

  6. Again use a pump of Beauty Divine and massage in regions where you find or see most of your blackheads/micro-cysts

  7. Use a steamer for 3-5 minutes to soften sebum and dilate pores

  8. Extractions using gauze and clean fingers to avoid infections

  9. Hydrate your face by lightly massaging face oil into the non extracted regions, while gently, but quickly applying where you extracted.

  10. Apply a mask for 15-20 minutes to calm the skin.

  11. Use hydrating cream (SkinCeuticals or Corpa Flora Hydrating oil)

My skin always looks and feels so much better after a facial and I know yours will, too! You do not need to use these exact products, this is just similar to the facial you would be getting if you went to get a professional facial. Just remember deep clean, exfoliate, clean some more, steam, extractions, hydrate, mask, and hydrate some more!

Let me know if you try out any of these products or my at-home facial - I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Much Love,
